Packaging
- All fragile items such as chandeliers, glassware, and decor are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.
- Eco-friendly and minimal-waste packaging used where possible.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email/SMS.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window
- 7–14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items - Used items, opened essential oils, perfumes and customized products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

- Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if item is damaged).
- We’ll review and approve eligible returns, and guide you through the return steps.
Refunds
- 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for exchange requests.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.
