Processing Time

  • 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Packaging

  • All fragile items such as chandeliers, glassware, and decor are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.
  • Eco-friendly and minimal-waste packaging used where possible.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email/SMS.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

  • 7–14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

    Non-Returnable Items
  • Used items, opened essential oils, perfumes and customized products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if item is damaged).
  3. We’ll review and approve eligible returns, and guide you through the return steps.

    Refunds
  • 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for exchange requests.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.
