How can I place an order?

Simply visit our website www.niyaz.co, browse your favorite products, and click “Add to Cart.” When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments. Cash on Delivery (COD) may also be available in select regions.

How long does delivery take?

  • 3–7 business days
  • 1–3 business days (where available)

Is my order safely packaged?

Yes. We use safe, reliable packaging especially for fragile items like chandeliers, glassware, and ceramics. Every product is packed with care to ensure it reaches you intact and damage-free.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use it to track your shipment in real time.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

First of all it won't happen.

But If happened! Please contact us at care@niyaz.co within 48 hours of receiving the order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue—we’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. You can return items within 7–14 days of delivery, provided they’re unused and in original packaging. Some items like essential oils, perfumes and used candles are non-returnable.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding globally—stay tuned!

Are your products eco-friendly or sustainable?

Where possible, we use eco-friendly packaging and work with manufacturers that follow sustainable practices. Our goal is to bring luxury home goods without compromising the planet.
